This intermediate course offers licensed professionals, who have taken previous law and ethics courses, the opportunity to examine updated material and participate in an in-depth discussion of particularly thorny ethical and legal complexities. Leave this course with a greater ability to make legally and ethically informed decisions and to better manage the complexities of your practice.
Daniel Taube, JD, PhD, has been providing continuing education to licensed mental health professionals since 1995. He received his JD from Villanova University and his PhD in clinical psychology from Hahnemann University. Dan has served as the Director of the Doctor of Psychology Program and is core faculty at CSPP-SF, Alliant International University. He maintains a private practice in San Francisco where he works with couples.
